We don’t need to try and breathe. Breathing is our birthright. Yet being more consciously connected to our breath can deeply enhance our lives. Breathwork is a practice through which one learns to use the breath as a tool to consciously shift the nervous system, release pent up energy, thoughts and emotion and tap into intuition and creativity. It is a direct line to the wisdom of the body which I believe holds answers for aligning with our innate and essential truths.

Our discovery call is an opportunity to make sure this feels like the right fit for both of us, to help you understand the process, the investment and assess if what I offer as a practitioner will be supportive to you. It is a free 25 minute informational call to with no further commitment unless you choose to book a session. And if it's not right for you, I'll do my best to point you to someone who might be a better fit.

Breathwork can be short or long term depending on your intentions. Individual sessions are 60-75 minutes and packages are also available. You might come in with a specific goal or I can help you to clarify that for yourself. Regardless of how much time you invest, the more you give of yourself in this work, the more you get out of it.

Clients pay prior to each individual session. This way you are not committed to a length of time which does not suit your needs. Packages can be created and personalized if longer investment and commitment will be more supportive.
My Breathwork Philosophy
I offer an apothecary of breathwork tailored to meet individual needs and desires. Whether you want to still your mind, down-regulate your nervous system, safely and effectively release emotion, energize yourself, drop off to sleep more easily or tap into your deepest intuition, there is a breath for that. I work with individuals to discover what is needed and share the right tool at the right time for the desired outcome.
MY JOURNEY
I have been breathing for 55 years–the first 40 of them less consciously. When I began practicing breathwork through my Sex, Love and Relationship coach training program, I realized I was tapping into a powerful and previously little understood innate resource. Attention on my breath brought me out of my head and into my body and the present moment. I realized how often, without realizing it, I was holding my breath and dampening my own life force. I experienced the profound sense of healing and well-being possible when I quieted down and breathed. I enhanced my physical and spiritual connection with my husband, got a hold of deep seated fears and motivated myself to take steps forward when life threw painful and challenging curveballs. I realized that my breath was my ally, and that breathing with attention and intention was like holding my own hand– an essential and unwavering internal support. And I wanted more.
In January of 2020 I began a breathwork mentorship with Madeline Giles. It shifted my focus from seeking outside answers to looking within and deepened not only my relationship with myself but all of my relationships.
Just this year, in 2024 I took the step of becoming a certified breathwork facilitator trained in the David Elliot method of breathwork. It is a style of active, three part breathwork which facilitates physical and emotional release and deepens intuition, creativity and healing. I am currently offering 1:1 sessions in this style of breathwork. Join me to discover how breath sessions can be tailored to meet your individual needs.
Work with Me
Sessions begin with a check-in, question or inquiry and some sharing as to the participant’s desired outcome. Guided breathwork follows for up to 30 minutes and together I support you to build your capacity for this type of breath, checking in and supporting you throughout and scribing your reflections and take aways–the innate wisdom that emerges from these sessions– which I share with you in written form so you can keep track of your own journey and progress.
Working 1:1 builds trust for this often vulnerable but powerful work and allows us to get to know each other at your unique pace.
Sessions are customized to the needs of every individual and can be followed up with meditation recordings and home practices.
