Coaching with me is about fully honoring and becoming MORE of who you are. It is not about fixing or pushing you because you are not damaged, broken or wrong. I believe you are whole, unique and beautifully YOU. And you have all the wisdom, an essential blueprint of health and possibility within, to thrive. Coaching is about uncovering that together.

Our sessions.

Our sessions are a space to more fully relax into who you are–to grow your awareness and sensitivity to the connection between the body and mind, feel the wisdom of the body, speak it out loud and know how to return to it again and again.

They are about creating a safe, caring and supportive container for exploring tender subject matter and integrating internal conflict.

They are about being fully present in your body and knowing you can hold yourself–all of yourself–when life is at its most challenging.

They are about learning that every moment is a choice so as not to get caught in old patterns which no longer serve your highest priorities and values.

 
 

An embodied experience.

Together we work with your body's signals, not against them at a gentle pace with choice and consent every step of the way. In doing so, we support your system to open to more possibility and get real life tangible results.

 
 

Supportive Coaching.

My style of coaching is supportive but not directive, providing enough structure and safety to navigate difficult and painful patterns and emotions.

It teaches clients to resource themselves so that they can access power, strength and support from within rather than needing to rely heavily on others. At the same time, it provides innumerable tools for improved communication with others and relationship building. It offers simple steps and digestible practices to do between sessions at your own pace and to more fully integrate in sessions together.

  • Session summary and home practice follow up

  • Guided audio practices as needed

  • Our discovery call is an opportunity to make sure this feels like the right fit for both of us, to help you understand the process, the investment and assess if what I offer as a practitioner will be supportive to you. It is a free 25 minute informational call to with no further commitment unless you choose to book a session. And if it's not right for you, I'll do my best to point you to someone who might be a better fit.

  • Coaching can be short or long term depending on your intentions. Individual sessions are 60-75 minutes. Couples sessions are 90 minutes. Clients choose to commit to coaching anywhere from a month to a year or more. Regardless of how much time you invest, the more you give of yourself in this work, the more you get out of it.

  • In general, clients pay prior to each session. This way you are not committed to a length of time which does not suit your needs. Packages can be created and personalized if longer investment and commitment will be more supportive.

  • Yes! Absolutely. Sometimes it can take time to explore what we want as individuals first before bringing our partner into the mix. The clarity from 1:1 coaching can inform and deepen couples coaching.
